- 1 unit egg
- 250 ml oil
- 1 tsb dyon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsb any herb
Grap a jar with an opening big enough for you blender. Drop 1 egg, 2 tb lemon or vinegar, dyon mustard, 250ml olive oil, salt and pepper in it.
Put the blender on the botton, turn it on and pull it slowly up.
